Hey, hi, hello!

I'm Brook, a certified coach whose been leading and coaching teams for over a decade.

I've helped teams establish processes and procedures that allow them to work more efficiently while decreasing day to day stress.

I've stood side by side with leaders and teams coaching them to be their best for themselves, the business, and their customers.

I've worked with leadership and executive teams, aligning them on priority, strategy, and execution. I've guided leaders on building company cultures that their teams will love and customers can feel.

I've worked in the financial, insurance, and tech industries filling critical roles in HR, research & development, customer service, project management, training and development, DEI, and security.

I am motivated by the belief that when leaders are fully engaged and supported, they have the power to make people’s lives better in truly significant ways. Whether you lead ideas, people, a small business, processes, projects, consulting firms or anything in between; the world and workplaces around the world need your positive impact.

I strive to make leading, and learning to lead easy and enjoyable. I have an analytical mind and a creative heart. The details and data are important to me but they do not solely define the process or tools I use to achieve results. I love finding the balance between the two and helping leaders do the same.

A little about my life outside of coaching - I live in Madison Wisconsin with my partner and our oldest niece, who is in town for an internship (!!). I love spending time hiking, exploring new places, and trying new foods. Live music, hot tea, and traveling are just a few things that bring me joy!
